Training Agency For “Critical thinking skills” Files For Bankruptcy As Market Demand Hits Zero

LONDON — A UK-based training agency that specialized in critical thinking skills filed for bankruptcy this week as demand for its services declined to near zero.

The company, Insight Reasoning Ltd., confirmed the filing with Companies House on Friday.

According to internal reports, enrollment dropped steadily over the past three years, and therefore revenue failed to cover operating costs.

Executives said clients increasingly preferred fast answers instead of structured analysis, and thus reduced spending on training programs.

However, the agency continued to expand its curriculum, including partnerships with groups like World Economic Forum initiatives on future skills.

As a result, expenses grew while participation rates remained low across corporate and public sector contracts.

Meanwhile, several universities, including University of Oxford, reported lower interest in optional reasoning workshops linked to the agency.

The firm also attempted to shift to online courses, but conversion rates stayed minimal despite marketing campaigns.

In addition, creditors stated that delayed payments from clients accelerated the financial decline.

The court will review the liquidation process next month, and assets will be redistributed under UK insolvency rules.
